Live Life to the Fullest

I'm sure everyone heard the statements "live each day as your last" or "live life to the fullest", and I'm sure we have done it for 1 week tops. We all have written in our little notebook the many things we always wanted to do, we treated everyone nicely, told people we love them, read 5 chapters out of a book we always wanted to read. But for some odd reason after day 7 we start getting busy, our minds begins to get clouded by thoughts of our future and our past. We so often forget that our past is forgiven and our future is uncertain and miss the beautiful "present" God has given us. We could accomplish so much in a day. We have 24 full hours to do something we "always wanted to do". Isn’t it better to live life without worries of what tomorrow might bring, or continuously thinking of past mistakes and how we wish we could fix them. Each day we must strive to be better people than the ones we where the day before. I know that everyday isn’t going to be sunshine, but in order for a plant to grow rain is needed. I believe that once a seed is planted within us in order for there to be an increase a storm will occur, a moment for us to learn from mistakes and build character. But during the storm we must continue to live our lives to the fullest and know that God is allowing us to go thru this for a reason. And once the storm is over we must move forward and use the lessons we learned within our lives. We are so blessed to get new days, days to start over regardless our age, our failures, our lack of faith sometimes. Let’s use these days to make a difference around us. And enjoy the “present” God gives us each day.
