What makes someone be considered a success or the greatest? Many would say the material posesions one aquires, others will say a charismatic personality, Good people skills, having the top people of the world on speed dial. The list can go on and on if we want it to. But sadly none of the things we think of are not the characteristics of a great leader or a successful person. Christ said it best that "rather let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves." (Luke 22:26) It is so simple. We must be as a child: non-biased, faithful, loving, pure, trusting, forgiving. And we must serve others. We to often associate success and greatness with things rather than actions taken. We must be wary of role-models, leaders, people in general we admire and see if they fit that mold of greatness. The greatest model is Christ. And we must try our best to be the greatest we can be.
